Responsibilities
Recruit, train and oversee the sales teams
Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas
Coach sales teams on best practices for closing more deals and provide guidance to improve sales performance
Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters
Step in to answer customers questions and issues when required
Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the sales teams
Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers
Compile regular reports for the management to review
Initiate/Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development, …)
Establish and manage long-term relationship with stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Commercial, Finance, or a related field
Previous working experience as Commercial or Sales Director, at least for 4 years
Experience in Client Relationship Management
In-depth knowledge of market analysis and metrics
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to positive influence the teams
Strategic mindset and a detail-oriented approach
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Bilingual English-French (knowledge of local languages would be an asset)
