We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and passionate person in the field of customer experience/customer service / customer care with strong experience in TOGO. He/She must be rigorous and methodical in setting up and executing customer excellence processes and must be very result oriented and details oriented. He/She must be able to constantly monitor and evaluate our customer satisfaction in regards to our services and overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor a full customer life cycle process I order to optimize/maintain customer satisfaction ratios

  • Conduct regular customer surveys in order to collect feedback and improve services accordingly

  • Draft and set SLAs for all customer facing stakeholders and ensure they are adhered to.

  • Support/Lead our call center management


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer experience/care/excellence/service

  • Very good analytical skills

  • very good knowledge of the office package

  • Good editorial knowledge

  • Good knowledge of English and local languages
