Customer Experience Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and passionate person in the field of customer experience/customer service / customer care with strong experience in TOGO. He/She must be rigorous and methodical in setting up and executing customer excellence processes and must be very result oriented and details oriented. He/She must be able to constantly monitor and evaluate our customer satisfaction in regards to our services and overall customer experience.

Responsibilities
Implement and monitor a full customer life cycle process I order to optimize/maintain customer satisfaction ratios
Conduct regular customer surveys in order to collect feedback and improve services accordingly
Draft and set SLAs for all customer facing stakeholders and ensure they are adhered to.
Support/Lead our call center management
Requirements
5+ years of experience in customer experience/care/excellence/service
Very good analytical skills
very good knowledge of the office package
Good editorial knowledge
Good knowledge of English and local languages
