Community Manager

We are looking for an organized, versatile and dynamic person, who wishes to express his creativity, share his ideas, and relay information full of meaning and convictions.

As a Community Manager for Togo, you must be curious, have a good command of all social media and communication tools. You must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be result-oriented.

You must be a good communicator, have good judgment and an analytical mind. A good community manager must be passionate about the brand, be able to integrate quickly into his team. You must be able to listen and be available for your community.

You must have a perfect spelling and a good command of French and English;

The successful candidate will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and will be based in Togo. They will be expected to begin work as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

  • Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies

  • Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts

  • Respond to customers in a timely manner

  • Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews

  • Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness

  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams 

  • Liaise with Development and Sales departments

  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends


Requirements

  • BAC+3 in communications, marketing or related field.

  • 3+ years in community management

  • Good understanding of the economics of the African market

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail
