BTL Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and passionate person in the field of event management, sales activations or any other field related expertise for our operation in Togo.

He/She must be rigorous and methodical in setting up and executing field actions and must be very result oriented, with great budget management skills.

He/She must be able to monitor the performance of field activities and share detailed reporting accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day logistics of marketing operations: roadshows, stands, events, etc.

  • Plan and implement special marketing programs according to the above plan

  • Understand marketing and commercial sectors goals and constraints and translate these into relevant action sheets & marketing briefs

  • Accountable for preparing and arranging projects Launch plans

  • Provide reports, specifications, and creative briefs

  • Recommending sources (new channels, partnerships, alliances through networking and influencers) for the growth of our users; basically, help create and develop new BTL activations.

  • Assist in creating, implementing, and developing an annual marketing plan

  • Manage the relationship with the BTL agencies.

  • Plan & supervise the seasonal on-ground activations & promotions.

  • Draft and execute specific marketing programs according to the plan


Requirements

  • BAC+3 in communications, marketing, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in BTL

  • Very good connection of materials used for field activations

  • very good knowledge of the office package

  • Good editorial knowledge

  • Good knowledge of English and local languages
