PAC Department Leads the Charge on Training!

Continuous improvement is a cornerstone at SPIRO, and our Process, Audit & Compliance (PAC) department is playing a pivotal role in this mission.

Over the last few weeks, they've spearheaded a series of training sessions aimed at enhancing the expertise of our teams across multiple regions.

In Togo, our Service, Sales, and Swap teams attended these enriching online sessions from 1st to 3rd August. The momentum continued in Benin with the Service and Sales teams being trained on the 8th and 9th of August, respectively. Our Benin Swap team eagerly anticipates their turn on the 16th of August.

And we’re not stopping there! Our colleagues in Rwanda, gear up for an informative session planned in the upcoming week. These initiatives ensure that every SPIRO team member is equipped with the best knowledge and practices to serve our customers efficiently.
